Vintage Reserve

INGREDIENTS

World renowned for its exceptionally crisp flavor and distinct floral notes, only 100% premium single vintage, single estate Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc grapes are used to make Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve.

These gems command up to $2000 per ton and nearly 20 tons of grapes are needed to produce just one tiny 300 gallon batch of our very rare and special spirit.

Most commercial vodkas are made using cheaper ingredients like grain, corn, rye, wheat or potato. These ingredients sell for between $75-$400 per ton and very little of the actual product is needed to produce an equal batch.

So why do we use something so costly to make our vodka?

With a deep desire, we set out to create the worlds rarest and most unique tasting vodka. We wanted to create a special treasure with character and panache.... a superb spirit with depth, texture and a distinct flavor exemplified by its rare and very valuable ingredients. A Vodka appealing to only the most discerning connoisseur.

Our objective could not have been met using low-cost "conventional" ingredients or methods.

With an aspiration to produce something so significant, we believe the cost to create it should be well.... insignificant.

ARTISTRY

Tasteless and orderless Vodka? No thank you.

Most big name commercial Vodka's have no real taste or character because they were made with ingredients that have no real taste or character, like grain, wheat or raw potatoes which are all basically "dead" flavorless ingredients.

But, when Vodka is made from something with so much life and flavor, something magical happens.

That's why Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is so special.

It's an extraordinary spirit you can sip and enjoy like fine Brandy, Scotch or Port with a very distinct character.

Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is a rare and unique marriage of power and grace in the form of a true world-class, ultra-premium luxury Vodka.

You won't find a better example of a flavorful Vodka filled with life and character than Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve.

Handcrafted in the heart of Napa in extremely tiny batches, Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve brings together the vision, creativity and craftsmanship of Platinum and Double-Gold Medal winning Master Distillers, Grape Growers and Winemakers.

The journey starts with selecting high-quality grapes, admittedly an easy task in Napa Valley, however, only the most premium Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a Single Vintage and a Single Napa Estate were selected and harvested.

The grapes are then crushed, fermented and made into a wine that could easily win accolades, by our award- winning Napa Valley winemaker. Our wine is then aged 2 years in specially crafted stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its young, raw flavor and crisp, floral bouquet until it's finally ready for distillation.

Our wine is then slowly and artfully distilled to perfection by our Master Distiller, in an original Vendome Copper Pot Still using old-world methods and techniques.

This very time consuming and tedious process is done completely by hand and with the utmost care and craftsmanship in order to retain just the right amount of the distinct fruit characteristics found in our Single Vintage Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc.

THE DISTILLATION MYTH

When it comes to the distillation of Vodka, we'd like to clarify that more is not necessarily better. Some "ultra-premium" vodkas claim 6, 9 or even 10 distillations as if that would make their vodka taste any better.

Unfortunately, it really doesn't.

The truth is that not only is the "number factor" in distillation just a marketing ploy, sadly, these same commercial vodkas are distilled just once through an industrial column still claiming "theoretical" batch distillations depending on how many columns are in circuit.

Handcrafted in extremely tiny batches, Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is distilled to perfection a minimum of 5 times in our Vendome Copper Pot Still, retaining the specific characteristics of the fruit we want while still displaying the power, taste and smoothness of true world-class, ultra-premium luxury vodka.

NO ADDITIVES OR FLAVORS

Many foreign and domestic Vodka makers, including the world's bestselling "French Vodka", add things like glycerin, lemon, lime or even lavender oil to give their Vodka something they call "balance".

Unfortunately, they can legally do this without having to disclose it on their label, but the proof is there.

Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve has absolutely ZERO additives or flavors. The "balance" of our Vodka comes naturally and is derived from the premium ingredients we use and the artistry by which we combine them to create a Vodka with incredible depth and flavor.

Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is completely gluten-free.

WATER AND FILTRATION

What matters more than distillation in terms of the final taste, quality and character of any Vodka and is second only to its base ingredients, is the water used to refine it and the number of times the Vodka is filtered.

We refine Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve with crisp Californian water that goes through our custom three stage de-ionizing and charcoal filtering process.

This unique scientific process softens the mineral content and removes any impurities in the water, before we even mix it with our spirit.

What's left is a crisp, clean, neutral tasting water that when finally blended, allows the distinct character of the spirit to shine through.

Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is then filtered up to a staggering 10 times. First, through very expensive activated bone charcoal and then through precision platinum plated filters removing even the slightest impurities for an uncompromising silky-smooth finish.

Finally, Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve goes through a "resting period" of up to 60 days before it's ready to bottle.

The final result? An unmistakable taste, quality and character from a Vodka that was meticulously handcrafted from the rarest and most expensive ingredients to ever go into a bottle of Vodka.

Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is clear, bright and unlike other Vodkas - it's completely gluten, sodium and additive free.

PRESENTATION

Well deserving of such an extraordinary spirit, Napa Vodka Vintage Reserve is then hand poured into our distinctive European glass bottles, designating the vintage of the grapes used to make its contents.

An honor and privilege bestowed upon no other Vodka in the world!

Each precious bottle is then individually numbered by hand and crowned with a unique handcrafted bottle stopper specific to that vintage.

Like the vintages of past, no two are ever the same.

The bottles are then individually housed in beautifully designed gift boxes and sealed along with a certificate of authenticity and owners booklet, illustrating the story behind the special treasure in the bottle.

A true work of craftsmanship and artistry from start to finish, all very deserving of a Vodka so rare and unique.
